This is the contractual agreement that 'YOU' the end-user, commits to, upon acquisition of any product (whether free or fee). Once obtaining any product from Transmission Samples, you are bound by this licensing agreement. Each product purchased will come with its own license. You must comply with both this agreement as outlined below, as well as the license agreement contain within the downloaded product. The License becomes effective from the date of purchase.
The contents included on the product belong and remaining the property of TRANSMISSION SAMPLES LTD. The purchase or acquisition of the product gives YOU, the end-user one License to use the product as detailed in this section. The License is non-transferable and can be terminated at any time by TRANSMISSION SAMPLES LTD. On termination of such agreement by TRANSMISSION SAMPLES LTD, YOU, the licensee, will have all rights to use the product removed.
The License obtained gives YOU the right to use the samples for COMMERCIAL PURPOSES WITHIN MUSICAL COMPOSITIONS. Use of the product within such projects, which are intended for commercial exploitation by relicensing to multiple third parties, is permitted without obtaining a separate license from TRANSMISSION SAMPLES LTD, provided that the samples are used in combination within musical compositions. Any rhythm loops or audio must also be combined to form a new composition. YOU are prohibited from using these samples individually with no other musical context.
Use of the product in isolation, such as, but not limited to, video game soundtracks, gaming machines, toys (where they appear in isolation or as sound effects) is not permitted without first obtaining a separate written License from TRANSMISSION SAMPLES LTD.
TRANSMISSION SAMPLES LTD cannot be held accountable if the product does not fit the particular purpose of the Licensee. The product is licensed 'as is' without guarantees of any kind. Neither the Licensor, nor any distributor of the Licensor's products can be held responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of any product licensed from TRANSMISSION SAMPLES LTD in whatever form.
This License expressly prohibits resale, relicensing, or other distribution of any product, either as they exist or any modification thereof. You cannot assign, lease, lend, rent, upload, or download to or from any database or server, or transfer any or all of the product contents to another user, or use them in any competitive product.
